I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1984 and I am experienced in all forms of real estate and real estate development.  I have been a resident of Westcliffe and Wet Mountain Valley since 1991.  After years of helping people pursue their dream of country living here in the Westcliffe area, I recently decided to work with Wild West Properties, LLC.

When my husband and I were searching for property in the beautiful Wet Mountain valley town of Westcliffe, Colorado, where we have been going for years for vacations, we visited Wild West Properties to see what they had to offer in real estate. I think that the best part of the help we got from Bruce was not the beautiful land we finally ended up purchasing, but the lifelong friendship we formed with him during the time. We consider ourselves lucky to have found such a great guy who knows his work, enjoys people and is a great family man as well. His character is reflected in his son whom we also got to know . What a collection that kid has of antique cars and the many hunting trips he has gone on with his Dad for such a youngster! Any son would be proud to have a Dad like that!
